At Labella, we primarily serve wholesale and B2B customers worldwide. Our shipping process is designed to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery of your orders.
Shipping Terms
We offer flexible international shipping terms, including:
- FOB (Free On Board) – FOB Guangzhou
This is our standard shipping term. We deliver the goods to the designated port, handle local export clearance, and provide all necessary shipping documents. The buyer is responsible for sea freight, insurance, and import clearance.
- EXW (Ex Works) – Guangzhou, China.
Under EXW terms, we make the goods available at our factory. The buyer bears all responsibility and cost for pickup, export procedures, international transportation, and import clearance. This option is suitable if you work with your own freight forwarder.
Please confirm the preferred Incoterm when placing your order.
