This policy applies to B2B, wholesale, OEM and ODM orders placed with Guangzhou Labella Bags & Leather Co., Ltd.
At Guangzhou Labella Bags & Leather Co., Ltd., we manufacture leather bags, wallets, card holders and related leather goods for wholesalers, importers, private labels, online sellers and brand owners.
As most of our orders are B2B, wholesale, OEM or ODM production orders, our return and exchange policy is different from standard retail return policies. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
We do not offer unconditional returns, exchanges or refunds for B2B, wholesale, OEM, ODM or customized orders.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including product style, material, color, logo, size, quantity, packaging, label requirements and shipping information.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted due to changes in customer requirements, market demand, selling plans, design preferences or order quantities.
2. Customized Orders
Customized products are made according to the customer’s confirmed requirements. This may include custom logo, material, color, hardware, lining, packaging, label, size or other product details.
Because customized products are produced specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless there is a confirmed production defect caused by our factory.
3. Sample Orders
Sample fees and sample shipping costs are generally non-refundable once the sample has been produced or shipped. If the customer requests changes after receiving the sample, additional sample fees, material costs or shipping costs may apply.
Sample orders are used for product evaluation, material checking, workmanship review and order confirmation.
4. Bulk Production Orders
For bulk production orders, we strongly recommend that customers confirm samples, specifications and production details before mass production.
After mass production begins, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of product design, color, material or size requirements
- Change of logo, label or packaging requirements
- Change of order quantity
- Customer’s change of mind
- Customer’s market or sales plan changes
- Product details that were already confirmed before production
- Minor color differences caused by material batches, lighting, screen display or photography conditions
5. Quality Issues
If there is a confirmed quality issue caused by our production, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Customers should provide clear photos, videos, order information and a detailed description of the issue. After checking the case, we may offer a reasonable solution depending on the situation, such as repair, replacement, partial compensation, remake or other agreed solution.
Quality issues may include serious manufacturing defects, incorrect logo production, wrong material or color compared with the confirmed order, or other problems clearly caused by our factory.
6. Non-Quality Issues
The following situations are not considered quality issues:
- Slight color differences due to screen display, lighting or different material batches
- Minor size differences within normal handmade production tolerance
- Natural texture, grain or color variation of leather or synthetic materials
- Wrinkles, marks or texture variations caused by normal material characteristics
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, use or resale process
- Damage caused by third-party shipping, customs inspection or local delivery
- Product details that were already confirmed by the customer before production
7. Shipping Damage
If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers should keep the original packaging and provide photos or videos of the damaged goods, cartons, shipping labels and outer packaging. We will assist customers in checking the issue and communicating with the shipping provider where applicable.
Shipping damage caused by third-party logistics companies is not automatically considered a factory quality issue.
8. Return Authorization
Please do not return any goods without our written approval.
Any unauthorized return may be refused. If a return is approved, the return method, shipping cost, customs duty, handling fee and related arrangement must be confirmed in writing in advance.
9. Order Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all details before confirming an order, including product specifications, material, color, logo, packaging, quantity, delivery address and shipping requirements.
We will produce according to the confirmed details. Once production has started, any changes may result in extra costs, longer production time or may not be possible.
